Downloadable Media Orientation and Training

Amazon's Kindle Reader is now compatible with the library's downloadable eBook service. Come join us and bring your Kindle to see how it's done in the interactive workshop.

Would you like to learn how to download library books to that new digital eReader? Would you like to listen to audiobooks on your iPod? Did you just get a new iPad and want to use it to check out and read library books on it?

Come to our Downloadable Media class at Bainbridge Library. We'll go over what the library's downloadable service provides; demonstrate the check-out and download process, and then spend time with you to get your device setup and working with the service. Bring your device and laptop (for eReaders and iPods) or your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android tablet or phone, etc.)

Call the Reference Desk 206-842-4162 to sign up and for any questions.

December 17, 2011  |  7:30PM - 9:30PM  |  Bainbridge Public Library  |  Free.
