Judith Weinstock – Cookbook, Local Interest
After leaving the Streamliner Diner in 1991, Susan Weinstock went on to open the Kingston Hotel Cafe. Her recipes from this bistro are collected in the Kingston Hotel Cafe Cookbook: Free-Spirited Recipes to Warm the Soul.
