Rent A Room

The Bainbridge Island Public Library has a large conference room available for rent by both business and non-profit organizations. The room is equipped with both a PA system and hearing assistive technology (a hearing loop).

The Main Library Conference Room features seating for 80 in chairs, 60 at tables with chairs, or 102 standing. 100 chairs and 7 tables are available. It has a piano, white board, automatic screen, overhead projector, TV/DVD player, and a digital LCD projector. The room also has a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Coffee pot is not provided. There is free wireless internet access. Restrooms are in the library lobby. Rental fee is $35.00 per hour, with a minimum of two (2) hours use. $200 for all day up to 5 PM or $250 for all day up to 9 PM. There is a refundable key deposit of $35.00 for use when the library is closed.

If your need is only for a small meeting space with no accessories for a maximum of 6-8 people, you can call the library at 206-842-4162 to find out if a small room is available.
