Island resident Alan Rudolph, prolific film director and painter, will exhibit his art work again at the Bainbridge Public Library. Join us on Friday, August 3rd for a reception with Alan. His last exhibit here in 2010 was a great success. As a film director, Alan wrote as well as directed many of his films. Among his many films were "Choose Me", "Trouble in Mind" (shown in the 2011 Bainbridge film festival), and "Afterglow". Alan's paintings and cinematography are "ink from the same well." His art has been described as "Rudolph’s paintings are rich and colorful, each telling its own story in the frame."
