Library Legacy SocietyMembership in the Library Legacy Society is open to all individuals who have provided for a legacy gift to the Bainbridge Public Library. Your attorney and financial advisor may help you provide a gift to the Library by way of your will as part of your estate plan or set up a planned gift to benefit the Library more immediately. Gifts may be made as unrestricted or restricted. Should you choose to make a restricted gift, please consult the Library's Board of Directors to ensure that it will be possible for your wishes to be carried out within the future plans for the Library. To make a bequest in your will or trust, just a few sentences are all that is needed. The official bequest language for Bainbridge Public Library is: "I give, devise and bequeath _________ to Bainbridge Public Library, a Washington state non-profit corporation located in Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110."
