The Bainbridge Island Public Library sponsors four book discussion groups.  Whether native or newcomer to the Island, you’re welcome to join any of these three groups and take part in a stimulating conversation.

The librarian reserves the titles from the KRL book Discussion Group Collection and distributes the books for the following month's discussion at the meeting. There are fifteen books in each collection, and any copies left over are available at the Bainbridge Library Reference Desk.

Ferry Tales Book Group

Facilitated by: Audrey Barbakoff

This new group meets every second Thursday of the month on the 3:50 ferry from Bainbridge to Seattle and on the 4:40 boat from Seattle to Bainbridge. The facilitator is Bainbrige Library reference librarian Audrey Barbakoff.

VIP (visually impaired persons) Book Group

This group meets in the library meeting room. The group uses audio books from the Washington Talking Books and Braille Library, and is facilitated by Linda Poh.
