Michael Ruhl Frank - Business and Leadership, and Social Philosophy

After
studying philosophy and computer science and earning a Ph.D. in theoretical
nuclear physics, Michael entered the aerospace industry. An author of many articles on the structure of the atomic nucleus in refereed journals, his first book was
Axioms on Leadership: A Companion Guide for
Developing Leaders (2019). In 2023 his
book
Models, Metaphors, and Intuition: How We Think, Learn, and Communicate was published. His most recent and
topical book is
Are We AI?: A Conversation with ChatGPT on AI Current and
Future (2024). "AI is an integral component of our lives, and is important for everyone to understand. This book is just the right level". Michael is a champion
of continual learning and was voted faculty of the year by MBA students at the University
of Washington Milgard Business School.
