Roger Lichtenberg Simon - Mystery

Roger L. Simon has spent his career moving between books and movies and gaining distinction in both. He is the author of ten novels, including his series of Moses Wine detective novels. The Big Fix (1973), Simon's first book in the series, introduces readers to Moses Wine, a divorced Jewish detective with a penchant for unconventional cases. The seventh and last book in the Moses Wine series is Directors Cut (2003). In addition to his detective stories, Simon wrote a memoir, Blacklisting Myself: Memoir of a Hollywood Apostate in the Age of Terror (2009). On the big screen, Simon is best known for his adaptation of The Big Fix, starring Richard Dreyfuss, and Enemies: A Love Story which was nominated for an Academy Award.
