Peter Bacho's new book Uncle Rico's Encore is a collection of mini-memoirs on Seattle's Filipino American community.  Filipinos have had a long presence on Bainbridge Island. Intermarriage between Filipino "manongs" and Native American women produced a unique Indipino community that survives to this day.
